Who is Mary Ann?

Mary Ann Nicollette Go is just an ordinary girl, with an extraordinary heart. Mary Ann felt that she is a very fortunate to have all the convenience in life, that she needed to share her blessings in her own little way. First she started sending back her old clothes and shoes, then she also started sending her Christmas money, as well. Having mentioned her plans to her family, "Chinelas" got its green light to start helping kids in need in the Philippines. With the cash that Mary Ann had on hand, She was able to purchase about 300-400 slippers. These slippers were very special to these kids. For the first time, they would be able to own a pair of slippers. These children never owned a pair of shoes or slippers in their life.

"These children should be protected in the simplest way,
by protecting their feet from harm.
This outreach program will make a difference a child's life."

She is their personal slipper fitter girl that day.
Every little thing counts. In this one, just keeping the feet clean and protected can change everything
